The Director of Neighbourhood Health will lead the organisation’s strategic approach to place-based mental health transformation, responding to growing national policy focus on neighbourhood working and integrated care. This includes the NHS Long Term Plan, 10 Year Health Plan for England, the development of Integrated Neighbourhood Teams, and community mental health transformation efforts.This is a pivotal role focused on translating national policy into local delivery, shaping our strategic direction in neighbourhood health, and amplifying our leadership as a trusted delivery and influencing partner. The postholder will lead the continued development and delivery of our Lead Accountable Body (LAB) programmes and support the growth of high-impact, equitable partnerships across local systems.This is more than a delivery role—it’s a system leadership role.
