
Bookkeeper (Temporary)

- Managing purchase ledger and sales ledger, including invoice processing and reconciliations
- Supporting with month end closures, with posting journals, accruals, and prepayments etc.
- Processing payment runs
- Assisting with credit control
- Bank reconciliations
- General finance administration and ad-hoc support across the team
- Have previous experience in a Bookkeeper role (SME or practice background welcome)
- Be confident using Sage, QuickBooks or Xero
- Possess strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Be a proactive team player, able to manage workload and meet deadlines
- Ideally be AAT qualified (or qualified by experience)
