Contract: Freelance | Start ASAP | 3 MonthsKey Responsibilities:Manage all site activities and subcontractors on a daily basisSupervise the installation of SFS framing, external cladding, and dryliningEnsure works are completed safely, on time, and to specificationCoordinate closely with the project and commercial teamsMaintain accurate site records and progress reportsUphold site safety, quality, and programme targetsWhat We’re Looking For:Demonstrable experience in SFS/steel frame constructionStrong background in managing cladding and drylining packagesSMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and valid First Aid certificationSolid organisational and leadership abilitiesTrack record in freelance or contract site management rolesWhat’s On Offer:£300 per dayLong-term freelance position with immediate startWell-supported role with a respected contractorCentral Newcastle location
