The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in managing a dementia specialist unit and demonstrate a passion for providing exceptional care to elderly residents with dementia. Key responsibilities include promoting the dignity of residents, maintaining high-standard documentation, and ensuring a luxurious environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the dementia specialist unit.
- Support the Manager in day-to-day operations of the home.
- Promote and uphold the dignity and respect of residents.
- Ensure all documentation and records are maintained to a high standard.
