- Partner with regional leadership to understand business needs and deliver insightful analysis that drives performance.
- Lead and develop the Data & Revenue Reporting function, ensuring accurate, timely reporting across weekly, monthly, and annual cycles.
- Deliver deep-dive analysis from diverse data sets to uncover performance trends and improvement opportunities.
- Manage P&L budgeting and forecasting processes, securing stakeholder buy-in through collaborative modelling and clear insights.
- Own the development and review of investment models, working with cross-functional teams to assess returns and drive future learning.
- Support the Head of Commercial Finance in advancing report automation and predictive forecasting for revenue and operating profit.
- Take ownership of assigned cost lines, becoming the go-to expert for efficiency and value creation.
- Continuously improve finance processes to boost quality and responsiveness for stakeholders.
- Travel extensively across your region to engage directly with operational teams.
- Proven track record of successful business partnering.
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience with and a strong track record of delivering to timescales.
- A desire for continuous improvement around data quality and insightful analysis to ensure real value-add to the business.
- The ability to confidently engage and influence stakeholders across the organisation, including senior stakeholders.
- The ability to communicate financial information effectively, adding value to budget holder’s strategy.
- Enthusiastic about numbers, analysis and continuous improvement to drive performance in a fast paced and changing business.
- Motivated and able to use initiative, whilst at the same time performing as a valuable part of a team.
