The Role Were seeking a clinically experienced and proactive IUC Lead Clinical Practitioner to lead clinical quality, governance and service delivery across our Out-of-Hours (OOH) services. Reporting to the IUC Medical Director, you will oversee Advanced Clinical Practitioners, Urgent Care Practitioners and Pharmacists across CAS, OOH bases and home visiting teams. Youll provide visible clinical leadership, manage first-line performance and development, and support operational risk mitigation and patient safety.
