Driver Support WorkerSheffield Day CentreFull time and Part time availableWe offer a competitive rate of £12.21ph plus great benefits!We are looking for people to join our friendly and welcoming team in Sheffield Day Centre, where you will have the opportunity to enhance people’s lives. We deliver creative, dynamic and person centred services providing a range of individualised support to people in a Day Centre.Your role would be to collect and return the people we support from day service to home, and support on a variety of community activities; supporting service users to engage in meaningful activities both out and about and at our day service, to help service users with personal care and to perform any other reasonable duties as requested by service manager.Knowledge / Experience :

Hold a current, clean and valid driving licence D1 unrestricted or a PSV licence, D1 restricted (car licence obtained prior to 01/01/1997) considered. To have been driving at least 5 years
Capability to maintain accurate vehicle and user records
Competent to undertake daily and weekly vehicle checks and carry out basic maintenance

We will support you along your career path to learn, develop and grow.Shifts :Working hours are typically between 8am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday
Infrequent evenings and weekends may be required for specific events we put on.Previous experience is desirable for this position although full training will be providedAn enhanced adult DBS application will be required for successful applicants.Benefits and Rewards :
