Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with teachers to manage classroom activities
  • Keep track of student progress and report back to the teacher
  • Address children's personal needs and offer pastoral care
  • Work closely with teachers and parents to ensure student well-being
  • Provide individual or small group support to children
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children
  • Strong passion for education
  • GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent) at Grade C or above
  • Enhanced DBS (assistance available)
  • Effective behaviour management skills
