Due to continued growth, our client is looking for a Building Surveyor to focus on Level 2 Home Surveys and Level 3 Full Building Surveys. You won't be burdened with multiple surveys per day - the emphasis is on accuracy, client service, and thorough reporting.What You'll Be Doing:
- Conduct Level 2 and Level 3 surveys on a variety of residential and commercial properties.
- Prepare clear, detailed reports with recommendations and cost estimates for repairs or improvements.
- Provide expert advice to clients on property condition, repairs, and compliance.
- Liaise closely with clients to ensure their needs are fully understood and met.
- (Advantageous) Prepare Schedules of Condition and Dilapidations.
- MRICS, AssocRICS, or FRICS qualified (essential)
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive and professional approach to your work.
- £40,000 - £60,000 salary (DOE).
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
- Support from an experienced admin team for report writing.
