For more information, please visit our website at or connect with us on orHIRING MULTIPLE ROLES!Work Location: Remote United KingdomSun Chemical is seeking SAP S/4 HANA Global Process Specialists to join our innovative team!Position Overview:As our SAP S/4 HANA Global Process Specialist, you will analyze, design, implement, and optimize business processes within the SAP environment with a strong emphasis on SAP S/4HANA solutions. Working closely with business stakeholders, you'll understand their needs, identify improvement opportunities, and develop solutions that align with business goals and industry best practices.Key Responsibilities:Process Analysis and Design
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement and automation
  • Design and document new or improved business processes that are efficient, effective, and compliant
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for SAP implementations and upgrades
SAP S/4HANA Implementation and Support
  • Configure and customize SAP modules within S/4HANA to support specific business processes
  • Develop and maintain SAP solutions, including ABAP coding, BODS, and BTP integration
  • Support end-users with SAP-related issues, providing training and guidance
Process Optimization and Improvement
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
  • Monitor and analyze process performance to identify areas for further optimization
  • Stay current with new SAP technologies and best practices
Collaboration and Communication
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other SAP specialists
  • Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Participate in cross-functional teams and projects
Required Qualifications:Technical Skills & SAP Expertise
  • Deep understanding of S/4HANA architecture, modules (SD, MM, FI, PP, etc.), and business processes
  • Strong proficiency in specific SAP modules (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, etc.)
  • Experience in configuring and customizing SAP S/4HANA systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities within SAP S/4HANA
  • 1-4 years of experience with S/4HANA systems
Business & Soft Skills
  • Thorough understanding of relevant business processes and industry best practices
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and propose solutions
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying technical information clearly
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time
  • High attention to detail ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Strong conflict resolution abilities
  • Experience creating training materials and conducting training sessions
Education & Certifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, computer science, or business administration preferred (or equivalent SAP system knowledge)
  • SAP certifications in relevant modules are preferred
