
Data Analyst / Financial Analyst

- Gather and cleanse financial data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Develop and maintain robust data collection processes and systems
- Create and implement data validation procedures to ensure data integrity
- Analyse financial data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Prepare comprehensive bi-weekly financial reports for management and stakeholders
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics for ongoing construction projects
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
- Collaborate with project managers and other departments to gather necessary information
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement data-driven solutions
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial projections
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and reports as requested by management
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or data analysis roles
- Strong proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R)
- Experience with financial reporting and budgeting processes
- Familiarity with construction industry financial practices is preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
