  • 5+ years of experience designing SaaS products, with bonus points for a focus on analytics, dashboard, data visualization or working with growth teams and understanding key growth metrics (engagement, monetization, retention).
  • Exceptional interaction and visual design skills with high attention to details.
  • Experience in user research methodologies, including generative research, usability testing, and iterative prototyping.
  • Ability to adapt, iterate, and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a team-first mindset.
