This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Management Accountant to join a thriving organisation in the FMCG industry. Based in Dungannon, you will play a key role in the Accounting & Finance department, ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
  • Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor key financial metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial compliance and efficiency.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes with precision and efficiency.
  • Assist in internal and external audits by providing required documentation and analysis.
  • Continuously enhance financial processes and systems to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Onsite role with great learning exposure and team environmentHands on business partnering roleA successful Management Accountant should have:
  • A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
  • Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis within the retail industry.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge and proficiency in financial systems. (SAP)
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
