- Take a consultative, customer-first approach to every conversation, ensuring compliance and clarity throughout
- Previous experience in a B2B sales, direct telesales or renewals role
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to adapt to different customer styles
- Meticulous attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work
