Staffline is currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers for immediate starts with our reputable food distribution client based in Tamworth. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team, operating a brand-new fleet on clean trunking routes using curtain-sided trailers.Various Shift Patterns Available
  • Start times from 08:00 onwards
  • Weekday and weekend rotas
  • Full-time and part-time positions considered
Pay Rates (PAYE)
  • Monday to Friday (Days): £16.95 per hour
  • Monday to Friday (Nights): £18.81 per hour
  • Saturday (Day): £18.31 | Saturday (Night): £20.17 per hour
  • Sunday (Day): £19.49 | Sunday (Night): £21.35 per hour
Key Responsibilities
  • Depot trunking work delivering food products across the UK
  • Long shifts available (average 11+ hours)
  • Weekly scheduled shifts with ongoing work available
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months HGV Class 1 driving experience
  • Valid Digi Tacho Card and Driver CPC (DQC)
  • Maximum of 6 penalty points (no DD, DR, IN convictions)
