We are currently looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join a high-profile public realm improvement scheme in Paignton. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a project enhancing a key town centre space, delivering quality and precision in a public-facing environment.Key Responsibilities:·Setting out for paving, street furniture, kerbing, drainage, lighting, and landscaping works
·Ensuring all works are built in line with design specifications and local authority standards
·Liaising with subcontractors, local authorities, and site management
·Completing as-built surveys, QA documentation, and daily records
·Supporting HSEQ compliance on a busy town-centre siteRequirements:·Experience on public realm or town centre regeneration projects
·Strong setting out skills using GPS and total stations
·Excellent attention to detail, especially in high-finish environments
·CSCS card (essential)
