Job descriptionWe are looking for a Senior Social Worker for a Children and Families TeamThis role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience.About the TeamThis team provides service to children and families across the child protection, children in need, and court pathways. They will hold and manage a caseload of complex cases, undertaking robust assessments including S47's, and develop clear, outcome-focused plans. Social workers will work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to safeguard and promote the welfare of children. As a senior social worker there may be involvement with chairing core groups and strategy meetings as well as supporting other staff members.About youA degree within social work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 3 years' experience is essential in order to be considered for this role. A valid UK driving license and vehicle is not essential to the success of this role but will help.What's on offer?
