Through GSL EducationAre you an enthusiastic and adaptable Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work opportunities across schools in Lincoln?GSL Education is currently recruiting Supply Teaching Assistants to work in a variety of Primary, Secondary, and Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools in and around Lincoln. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with children, thrive in diverse settings, and are looking for a better work-life balance.Key Responsibilities:Support the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom activitiesProvide 1:1 or small group support to pupils, including those with additional needsAssist with behaviour management and help create a positive learning environmentAdapt quickly to different classroom environments and year groups (EYFS to KS4)Work effectively with teaching staff, SENCOs, and support teamsCandidate Requirements:Experience working with children or young people in a school or care settingA proactive, flexible, and positive approach to supporting learningGood communication and behaviour management skillsEnhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply through GSL)Willingness to travel to schools in and around LincolnWhat GSL Education Offers:Competitive daily rate: £88.94 – £100 per dayFlexible work to suit your availability – full-time or part-timeOpportunities to gain experience in different educational settingsOngoing support and guidance from a dedicated consultantAccess to professional development and training opportunities
