Renowned for its warm, community-focused ethos, the school is committed to delivering excellence in early childhood education.As the EYFS Teacher, you will cultivate a safe, engaging environment where children feel empowered to explore, learn, and grow. You will design and deliver imaginative, hands-on learning experiences that align with the EYFS curriculum, supporting each child’s social, emotional, and cognitive development.About the Role:
  • Design and implement engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYFS framework
  • Observe, assess, and support children’s individual developmental progress and milestones
  • Create a nurturing classroom environment that promotes independence, curiosity, and kindness
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, staff, and parents to support each child’s growth
  • Build and maintain positive, open communication with families
  • Contribute actively to school initiatives, enrichment activities, and ongoing professional development
The ideal candidate will:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS); Early Years specialism is highly desirable
  • Proven experience working within EYFS or nursery settings
  • In-depth understanding of child development and the EYFS statutory framework
  • Creative, enthusiastic, and patient teaching approach tailored to young learners
  • Strong communication, organisation, and collaborative working skills
  • Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
