Job Description:Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented AR Team Leader to join our dynamic Shared Service Centre team within the Finance Hub. This individual will play a key role in the execution of critical finance processes, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions while adhering to established procedures and controls. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. They will be a team-player with excellent communication skills and a desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced shared service environmentRequirements:What You'll Do:Manage the AR specialist team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.Oversee all aspects of the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and cash applicationHold the team accountable to performance targets on the average time required to collect payments from customersSupport the AR Manager and wider Finance team in developing and implementing AR policies and procedures to optimize cash flow and minimize bad debt.Daily monitoring of the aging reports to identify and address overdue payments proactively.Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve billing disputes and customer queries effectively.Implement and maintain strong internal controls within the AR function.Drive continuous improvement initiatives for the AR team, optimising operational processes and ensuring efficiency across various business unitsWho You Are:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.3+ years of experience in a finance operations role, preferably within a shared service centre environment.Proven experience leading and motivating a team of finance professionals.Strong understanding of key finance processes and systems including D365Finance & Operations or equivalent ERP.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.Benefits:
