Carry out day-to-day activities to support the delivery of Operational Technology services, including the collation of resource and planning data, management information and RAID logs.
Adhere to all reporting standards and instigate improvements where identified
Manage production and consolidation of reports, using appropriate templates and meeting all relevant deadlines
Maintain existing departmental policies and procedures - and collaboration spaces.
Support OT colleagues with day to day running of project governance processes

You Have

Good understanding of end-to-end lifecycle delivery of engineering assets and/or technology systems
Project management methodology (e.g. Agile, Prince2, PMP, APM)
Be proficient in Microsoft Office and PowerApps/PowerBI
Experience in managing resource profiles, resourcing data and enabling better decision making
A solid understanding of IT and/or OT products, services & systems
