Invogue is looking for a Marketing & Content Executive to lead the creation of engaging content and marketing campaigns that elevate our brand. This role will focus on producing our company magazine and managing email marketing campaigns for soinvogue.com, ensuring high-quality, on-brand messaging that drives customer engagement and sales. The ideal candidate will have a creative mindset, strong attention to detail, and a passion for beauty and digital marketing.This is an office-based role, and you will be required to commute to Ascot Business Park (SL5 9FE), working Monday to Friday.Responsibilities
  • Plan, write, and design content for the company magazine, ensuring it aligns with brand messaging and marketing goals
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns for soinvogue.com, optimising for engagement, conversion, and customer retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to source content, product features, and brand stories for marketing materials
  • Analyse performance metrics from email campaigns, using insights to refine strategies and improve effectiveness
  • Ensure all content is visually appealing, brand-aligned, and optimised for digital channels
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices in digital marketing and content creation
Requirements
  • Content Creation: Strong writing, editing, and design skills with the ability to create engaging marketing materials
  • Email Marketing: Understanding of email marketing platforms and best practices for optimising engagement and conversions
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to Detail: Strong proofreading and brand consistency skills to ensure high-quality content
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Canva) and email marketing software is beneficial
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to track and analyse campaign performance, using insights to improve content strategy
  • Industry Knowledge: Passion for beauty and an understanding of digital marketing trends and consumer behaviour
  • Experience: Previous experience in marketing or content creation is advantageous
