Marlow/High Wycombe, UK (hybrid) | Full-Time | Permanent | Up to £100,000 (DOE)I am currently recruiting for a global leader in designing and manufacturing of audio and content creation tools, from microphones to audio interfaces, using AI technologies to enhance the future of audio and video processing.We are looking for an AI Integration Lead, to drive the adoption of AI, making their business run smarter, faster, and more efficiently by embedding AI into everyday workflows.
You will work closely with teams across the business to identify opportunities where AI and automation can reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and unlock productivity.What You'll Do:
  • Analyse and map existing business processes to identify areas for AI/automation.
  • Design and oversee implementation of AI-powered workflows (e.g. automated reporting, document processing, chatbots, knowledge assistants).
  • Integrate AI tools with existing business systems (ERP, CRM, HR, project management, communications).
  • Develop a roadmap for AI adoption across the organisation with clear success metrics.
  • Train and support employees in using AI tools effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security requirements in AI usage.
  • Act as the bridge between technical AI teams and business units, ensuring smooth collaboration.
  • Keep up to date with AI/automation trends and bring forward relevant innovations.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in business process improvement, operations, or digital transformation.
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms (e.g. GPT-based tools, Zapier, Power Automate, RPA).
  • Strong ability to map workflows and design scalable, efficient processes.
  • Excellent communication and change management skills, able to influence non-technical colleagues.
  • Understanding of data security, compliance, and governance in business contexts.
Bonus if you bring expertise in:
  • Technical literacy in Python, SQL, or APIs (enough to prototype or guide junior staff).
  • Experience integrating AI into ERP/CRM systems.
  • Background in electronics, manufacturing, or creative industries.
