
SSC Tax Assistant - Workflow

- Allocation of job requests across team members based on their skills and workload to ensure efficient workflow and completion of statutory accounts within agreed SLA dates.
- Monitor progress and ensure all allocated tasks are completed by the required deadlines, adjusting allocations as necessary to meet SLA dates.
- Serve as the point of contact for team members regarding job allocations and workflow issues, facilitating clear and effective communication.
- Provide support with ad hoc administrative tasks including reporting and forecasting for seasonal periods and seeking regular feedback from requesters upon job completion.
- Deal with general administrative duties, as requested.
- IT skills, including a knowledge of MS Office and similar desktop applications as well as a willingness to learn new systems is essential.
- Excellent time management, organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable dealing with clients and stakeholders
- Ability to work in an agile environment to support multiple SSC teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
