  • QTS
  • NASENCO or NPQ for SENCOs
  • Have a successful track record of teaching across the whole curriculum and be able to evidence good progress and achievement of all pupils, but especially those who have SEN
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with a range of strategies to support learning for a variety of SEN needs
  • Experience of building positive links with parents
  • Strong commitment to the principles of equality, inclusion, and diversity
