- Define and continuously evolve the GTM systems and AI architecture roadmap to optimize automation, scalability, and insights from lead to revenue.
- Lead tool selection, platform integration, and implementation strategies in partnership with RevOps, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Integrate AI/ML into key GTM workflows, including lead scoring, predictive forecasting, GPT-powered content generation, and renewal risk detection.
- Establish frameworks for real-time orchestration, reverse ETL, and feedback systems using tools such as Segment, Hightouch, Census, and Snowflake.
- Collaborate with data teams to ensure high CRM data quality through hygiene practices, deduplication logic, and robust enrichment pipelines.
- Implement real-time routing for leads and accounts, ensuring seamless alignment between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Lead cross-functional teams across global time zones, ensuring delivery of secure, scalable, and measurable systems.
- Drive tool rationalization efforts to eliminate redundancies and increase ROI across the GTM tech stack.
- Define and monitor business outcomes such as reduced cycle time, increased conversion rates, automation ROI, and team productivity enhancements.
- Continuously tune system architecture for high performance and resilience, supporting growth at scale.
- Establish and promote best practices in AI governance, ethical prompt engineering, and responsible usage across GTM functions.
- Document AI use cases and support change management to scale data proficiency and business architecture maturity.

- Marketing: Marketo, 6sense, Snowflake, SFMC, Lean Data
- Partner: Salesforce PRM, Crossbeam, DocuSign, Sugar.io
- Customer Success: Clari, Salesforce Service Cloud, Zendesk
- 8+ years of experience in GTM systems, enterprise architecture, or RevOps
- Demonstrated ability to drive team alignment/structure to connect to business impact, coach remote team members to drive talent development, navigate organizational complexity and effectively communicates change with empathy, able to influence and drive decisions around financial implications and equity issues in relation to compensation
- Proven success owning architecture roadmaps and system rollouts across global SaaS organizations
- Deep understanding of lead-to-revenue and quote-to-cash processes
- Strong background in tool evaluation, integration, and enablement
- Experience leading onshore and offshore development and delivery models
- Demonstrated ability to track ROI, define KPIs, and deliver executive-aligned system impact
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams
- Working knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, predictive models, and AI/ML integrations
- Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity, innovation, or problem-solving
