- Manage the purchase ledger process, ensuring all transactions are accurate and compliant
- Review, code, and process invoices efficiently, resolving any discrepancies
- Prepare and execute biweekly payment runs, maintaining accurate records
- Handle bank payments and perform regular reconciliations
- Maintain financial records using Sage 200 and support reporting as required
- Assist with audit queries and compliance checks
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth financial operations
- Proven experience in purchase ledger and accounts payable processes
- Experience using Sage 200 accounting system
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a small team
- Experience working in the charity sector (desirable)
