From animal science to behaviour and conservation, your lessons will stick.Creative Curriculum Design – Develop schemes of work, lesson plans and practical learning experiences that students genuinely enjoy.Student Support & Progress – Act as a personal tutor, mentor and motivator. You'll guide learners through their journey, helping them meet targets and reach their full potential.Professional Assessment – Mark and assess learner work accurately, fairly and with a developmental mindset.Quality Standards – Play an active role in internal verification and ensure compliance with college quality policies and procedures.Team Collaboration – Contribute to meetings, events and team development with your energy, ideas and expertise.Real Impact – Monitor learner attendance and achievement, and support every student to thrive — inside and outside the classroom.Is This You?You're not just passionate about animals — you're passionate about people too.
