- Identify and win new clients within the pharmaceutical and medical device markets
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities through proactive outreach
- Attend industry trade shows and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads
- Deliver tailored proposals and close deals effectively
- Maintain relationships with a portfolio of existing clients
- Use CRM tools to track activity, pipeline, and performance metrics
- A 2:1 degree or above in a science-related subject (essential)
- At least 2 years' experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar role
- Demonstrable success in generating and converting new business
- Highly numerate, analytical, and confident using CRM systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ambitious, driven, and motivated by targets and growth
