Job Title: Specialist EngineerLocation: Kent (with frequent travel to client sites)Salary: £40,000 £50,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Overtime + Bonus SchemeHours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM 4:30 PM (with overtime and on-call required)Contract Type: Full-time, PermanentStart Date: ASAPAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Specialist Engineer to join a growing team that provides high-quality temporary HVAC solutions across the UK. This role will be based in Kent and will involve the installation, servicing, and maintenance of commercial temporary boilers and air-cooled chillers, as well as assisting with modifying existing pipework in plant rooms.Youll be working alongside a supportive team of engineers while taking the lead on key projects.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, service, and maintain commercial temporary boilers and air-cooled chillersModify existing pipework within plant rooms as requiredSupport with fault-finding on chilled water systems, AHUs, and air-cooled chillersWork on commercial boilers (forced draft burners) using natural gas and oilOversee and guide other engineers on projectsParticipate in the on-call rota to support emergency requirements outside of standard working hoursRequirementsExperience in commercial mechanical pipework, boiler rooms, and systemsKnowledge of commercial LTHW systemsStrong understanding of electrical services and control wiringCommercial Gas Safe certification (essential)F-Gas Refrigeration certificate (essential)Full UK Driving Licence (clean)Based locally to Kent depotFlexible with working hours and able to attend call-outsDBS check will be requiredBoiler Management System (BMS) experience (preferred)BenefitsCompany vehicleBespoke training and development planSupport with further training (e.g. F-Gas, OFTEC, SSSTS/SMSTS)Company bonus schemePrivate healthcareOn-call/overtime payPension scheme25 days holiday + bank holidaysRegular company social events
