Your Role as a Sales & Lettings Negotiator:
  • Build relationships with clients, handling enquiries with confidence
  • Book and conduct viewings, showcasing properties to potential buyers and tenants
  • Carry out market appraisals for both sales and lettings
  • Negotiate and close deals, securing the best outcomes for clients
  • Cross sell financial and conveyancing services
  • Keep up to date with new legislation
What we're looking for from a Sales & Lettings Negotiator:
  • Minimum of six months industry experience, whether this be sales, lettings, or both!
  • Desire to learn new things and be the face for new business for the office
  • Strong communication & people skills - build lasting relationships!
  • A proactive, go-getter attitude - someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid IT skills & attention to detail
  • A well-presented and professional approach
  • Punctuality & great organisational skills
  • Valid driving licence
