- European Market Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for a B2C sales in various European countries, including market analysis, competitor research, and marketplace strategies.
- Website Optimization: Oversee the enhancement and optimization of our website for European markets, ensuring a seamless user experience, localized content, and adherence to regional regulations and preferences.
- Amazon Sales Channel Management: Manage and optimize the company's presence on Amazon, utilizing best practices to maximize sales, improve product visibility, and oversee inventory management.
- Partnership and Collaboration: Identify and establish partnerships with key stakeholders, influencers, and relevant third parties to amplify brand visibility, advertising, and drive sales growth.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and utilize insights to refine strategies for improved sales and customer acquisition.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to align strategies, optimize product offerings, and ensure seamless operations across all channels.
- Develop forecasting and work with ecommerce supply chain team to ensure fulfillment centers are stocked appropriately.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5 years) in ecommerce management, preferably in an international capacity with a focus on European markets.
- Strong understanding of B2C ecommerce platforms, including website management and Amazon seller central and Brand Management.
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in using data-driven insights to make strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Experience in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns is a plus.
