- Generating new and existing sales across a broad import, export and freight customer worldwide market.
- Sourcing and creating your own business leads and act on those provided by Sales and Operations Colleagues as well as using other tools given.
- To act as the primary point of contact for quotations and enquiries for ad-hoc business.
- To identify sales opportunities. Profiling all new business to understand intricately how we can support with freight / customs.
- To generate new sales, linked directly to the current business plan. Focus and drive to achieve targets.
- Use the CRM system to effectively record, manage and develop opportunities
- Providing high levels of account management and customer service.
- A Degree (2:1 minimum) - of any categorisation
- Work experience around either the customer service, sales, commercial or logistics & supply chain sector would be advantageous, but not essential.
- A flair for providing high levels of engagement and customer contact to high-value accounts
- The ability to commute to Leicester on a daily basis
- £32,000-£40,000 - Basic Salary
