- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of skilled production operatives across a 3-shift system.
- Driving performance, quality, and continuous improvement in a high-end, customer-focused manufacturing setting.
- Ensuring production targets are met while maintaining exceptional standards of craftsmanship and compliance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Championing health & safety, lean manufacturing principles, and team engagement.
- Supporting training and development initiatives to build a high-performing, motivated workforce.
- Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong people management and coaching skills.
- A hands-on approach with a keen eye for detail and quality.
