- Maximise revenue for a diverse portfolio including conferences, awards, advertising, and creative solutions.
- Assess and recommend changes to new projects to unlock their commercial potential.
- Lead allocated projects, organising sales collateral, team training, and commercial opportunities.
- Account Management & Business Development:
- Generate new business and grow existing accounts through excellent client relationships and strong business acumen
- Exceed revenue growth targets for your client base
- Manage client accounts, including those outside your direct split during team absences.
- Ensure all commercial agreements are properly contracted and communicated to the delivery team.
