- * Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, emailing, printing to assist commercial and procurement team.
- * Preparation of monthly applications for review & issuing
- * Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- * Update pricing data bases on excel
- * Assist in the ordering and estimating process
- * Update and maintain price libraries and trackers on Microsoft excel
- * Processing of subcontractor payments
- About You
- Proven experience as an administrator or administrative assistant in manufacturing/construction or commercial environment
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word Docs, Excel Sheets, Outlook)Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of manufacturing/construction workplace
- Company phone or allowance for work-related communication needs.
