We're working with a leading Midlands-based construction firm on the hunt for an experienced professional to join their team - someone who thrives on responsibility and enjoys the challenge of working across a diverse portfolio of UK-wide projects.With a primary focus on sites near Towcester and Leeds, you'll play a vital role in shaping project outcomes, ensuring accurate costings, and driving financial success.The Role:Working closely with the Operations Director, you'll have the autonomy to manage your own schedule between office and site visits. No two days will be the same - expect hands-on involvement across a wide variety of projects.What You'll Be Doing:Building and managing detailed project budgets and cost plansConducting thorough risk and value assessmentsCollaborating daily with commercial and operational teamsPreparing accurate, competitive quotations and tender documentsBuilding strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractorsTaking full ownership of costings for all project proposalsWhat We're Looking For:Proven experience in a similar Estimator roleSolid background in cost consultancy or main contractor projects in the UKExperience with refurbishment projects is highly desirableA keen eye for detail and strong organisational skillsFull UK driving licenceWhy Join?This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, commercially astute Estimator to step into a dynamic role with a respected and growing company.
