- Managing a profitable desk through continuous business development, ensuring that customer requirements are met.
- Conducting interviews with candidates to accurately determine their requirements.
- Networking and generating new candidates to meet client needs.
- Cultivating long-lasting relationships with both candidates and clients.
- Negotiating terms and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with clients.
- Experience within a recruitment agency.
- A friendly and personable approach.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to attentively listen to client and candidate requirements.
- Possessing the following personality traits: tenacious, bright, confident, determined, proactive, focused, driven, enthusiastic, motivated, and enjoying the challenge and diversity of a busy role.
