- Lead strategic planning across multi-market campaigns, ensuring global consistency with local market flexibility
- Conduct audience and category research to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy
- Evaluate and recommend media channels across the full funnel (TV, digital, social, OOH, retail media, etc.)
- Translate client briefs into clear, actionable strategies aligned with brand and performance goals
- Work closely with analytics and activation teams to assess performance and evolve planning
- Guide and support local markets during campaign planning, execution and post-campaign reviews
- Present strategic thinking to clients with clarity and confidence - both in writing and in meetings
- Produce high-quality planning materials, frameworks, and toolkits for global rollout
- Identify opportunities to innovate through tools, data, partnerships or technology
- Stay up to date with media and category trends to proactively advise clients
- Media planning experience, ideally in a global or multi-market capacity
- Broad channel understanding, with experience across digital and offline media
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to distil data into strategic insight
- Proven ability to build compelling narratives and present to senior clients
- Collaborative and confident working with multiple stakeholders across markets and specialisms
- Comfortable navigating complexity in large organisations and global campaign structures
- Experience with audience research tools and planning platforms (e.g. TGI, Global Web Index, Touchpoints, etc.)
- An enthusiastic self-starter with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for media innovation.
