
Feedstock Coordinator - Anaerobic Digestion

- Schedule and coordinate feedstock deliveries across all business operations to maintain adequate stock levels and prevent shortages.
- Liaise with feedstock suppliers and hauliers to ensure reliable service and compliance with agreed terms.
- Manage weighbridge operations, ensuring accurate and efficient service provision across sites.
- Monitor supplier and haulier performance, particularly in relation to on-time delivery, specifications, vehicle weights, waste returns, and legislative standards.
- Plan and schedule despatches from site in accordance with commercial agreements.
- Manage onsite and offsite stockholding capacity, identifying and securing alternative storage solutions when necessary.
- Work with the Commercial & Procurement Manager to review supplier and haulier performance, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and service improvements.
- Ensure feedstock purchase and sales orders are raised, authorised, and processed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain short- to medium-term visibility of feedstock risks and opportunities.
- Proactively identify and assess new feedstock opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date feedstock records.
- Prepare and deliver daily and weekly reports, including KPI updates.
- Participate in relevant daily and weekly business meetings.
- Take accountability for achieving KPI targets.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the Waste or FMCG sectors.
- Strong skills in scheduling, planning, and stakeholder management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and numerate with excellent attention to detail.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English.
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Effective relationship management.
- Solid process management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong numeracy skills.
