Overview:IT User Access AnalystLookers Head Office Manchester – Remote with occasional travel to a Lookers DealershipContract Type: Permanent, Full-TimeSalary: £23,500 - £26,500 (Depending on Experience)Hours: 37.5, Monday - Friday with shifts on a rota basis to cover core hours been 7:30-18:00We’re excited to announce an opportunity to join our team as a User Access Analyst!As a User Access Analyst, you will be responsible for account access, modifications and removals as required as part of an employee’s career journey. You will be required to critically assess user access and usage of our systems.You will play a critical role in helping us provide a seamless customer experience and ensuring that we continually surpass their expectations. You'll be responsible for ensuring all requests are handled in accordance with our SLA and KPIs. Responsibilities:
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • A Self-motivated and ambitious person with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • An ability to innovate and generate changes to resolve issues and constantly improve our process and service delivery.
  • Good team player who will help and support the wider IT teams.
  • Previous experience of computing systems (desirable working with a helpdesk system).
  • Strong analytical skills, applying a methodical data driven approach.
  • Experience of undertaking remote training via colleagues over the internet.
  • An ability to enforce rules and promote the use of best security practices by our users.
  • A Security advocate, able to promote a proactive security culture.
