- To deal with customer enquiries helpfully and accurately so that the team's concern for customer excellence is evident in the way it works
- To make an input to the efficient working of the whole support team so that work is carried out on time and to the agreed standards.
- Manage specific worklists supporting outsourced supplier relationships.
- GCSE - Grade A-C including Maths and English
- Previous experience of working in an office
- MS Office skills beneficial
