
Field Service Coordinator

- Review all open work orders to ensure all relevant information needed to plan is there
- Request and gain all permits and security checks to be able action work orders
- Plan routes for a team of 12 engineers maximising travel time.
- Ensure all routes and times are adhered to
- Book in all work with customers ensuring they know dates/times and what to expect
- Ensure all vehicles have the relevant access to London set up
- Manage and customer queries about bookings
- Assist in on site issues if engineer is unable to action/make booking
- Experience of working in customer services, or similar professional environment.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise important projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Solution orientated.
- Good forward planner.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Quick learner.
