£35,000 - £45,000I am actively seeking super talented designers to join an award winning and highly reputable design studio. The position is for a mid-level Interior Designer with comprehensive experience in high-end hospitality design.
- Collaborating with the team to conceptualise and develop project designs, including mood boards, reference boards, and initial 2D and 3D sketches.
- Producing detailed design documentation, covering all stages from Concept through Construction. Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is essential.
- Developing comprehensive Construction Documents, including plans, elevations, architectural and joinery details, and schedules for finishes, ironmongery, and sanitaryware.
- Managing Construction Administration tasks, such as reviewing Submittals and RFIs.
- Confidently coordinating with consultants throughout the project lifecycle in an organised and insightful manner.
- Conducting research on pricing, sourcing, and lead times.
- Demonstrating a thorough understanding of hospitality standards, codes, requirements, and hotel operations.
- Proven experience in high-end hospitality
- A background with renowned, high-end interior design studios
- Expertise in designing bespoke joinery and architectural interior details.
