We're looking for an enthusiastic HGV Driver to join our Tattershall Quarry in Lincolnshire. If you have a passion for driving and are eager to build your career in the construction materials industry, this could be the perfect role for you. You'll be responsible for delivering our products across the South West, ensuring every order reaches our customers safely and on time.No prior industry experience? No problem - we'll provide full training on our products and processes so you feel confident and well-prepared.What you'll do
- Deliver concrete, coated asphalt, and aggregates safely and efficiently.
- Build strong working relationships with both our Distribution Team and our customers.
- Ensure every delivery meets legal, health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Work closely with the Transport Manager to plan routes and schedules.
- Bring a flexible approach to working hours, including occasional nights and weekends.
- A valid Class C licence and current Driver CPC.
- Good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- A positive, hard-working attitude with a willingness to learn.
