- Expected to facilitate the efficient navigation of the Costa Coffee organisation by, proactively administering our Global Customer Program in close cooperation with The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC), which unifies Costa for large, multinational customers seeking a centralised & consistent approach. Specifically:
- Attend regular Strategic alignment sessions with internal stakeholders in “The System”
- set up an articulated shared vision for the coffee category, with expressed desired outcomes and an annual profitable business plan that increases our share of Customer estate.
- Build a sufficient and reliable pipeline of prospects proactively in the Costa Coffee focus channels
- Coordinate the quarterly measure of performance against desired outcomes as well as revenue growth in the existing Customer Portfolio.(Data Intelligence)
- Disruption - Pioneering new frontiers and answering unmet needs for coffee in the Customer portfolio. accelerating new channels and co-creating new occasions.
- Develop commercial frameworks with customers from priority channels, consulting with our Bottler Partners and direct markets to ensure they are agreed and supportive to accelerate the delivery of Costa’s long-range plan.
- Develop and support further on commercial frameworks from TCCC Global Accounts to cross-sell Costa Coffee to all TCCC Global Accounts in close cooperation with the KAM for Global Accounts for TCCC Global clients.
- The role holder needs to have strong strategic and commercial acumen, as well as global key account management competencies.
- Great strategic astute with channel expertise and a hunter-bias
- Able to provide impactful briefing and issue resolution recommendations to senior stakeholders. Ideally, previous experience running global accounts for multinational corporation(s) in the channel.
- Great networking capabilities in internal in external networks.
