- Provide strategic leadership of BIMM's international recruitment strategy, ensuring it supports the University's long-term growth and commercial vision.
- Lead recruitment strategies for BIMM University Berlin (domestic and international students) and BIMM Music Institute Dublin.
- Use data, market intelligence, and competitor insights to identify opportunities, inform decision-making, and open new markets.
- Manage and inspire a high-performing International Recruitment Team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee all international recruitment activity, ensuring consistent quality, measurable outcomes, and alignment with University priorities.
- Build and maintain strong global networks, including agents, feeder institutions, and international schools.
- Act as BIMM's key representative with organisations such as BUILA, UUKi, and the British Council.
- Collaborate with campus leadership in Berlin and Dublin to ensure locally tailored, high-quality recruitment activity.
- Partner with Marketing and Admissions teams to deliver a seamless international applicant journey from enquiry to enrolment.
- A proven track record of leading high-performing international recruitment teams in a UK University.
- Extensive experience in student recruitment with demonstrable success in meeting ambitious targets.
- A strong understanding of international recruitment markets, trends, and networks.
- Proven ability to design and implement effective departmental strategies.
- A clear understanding of UKVI regulations relating to international students.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively overseas to represent BIMM University.
