Job title: Cover SupervisorLocation: Oldham areaSalary: £100 - £130 per dayValue Education are supporting Mainstream Secondary Schools across the Oldham, Rochdale and Tameside areas that are in need of Cover Supervisors to cover classes across KS3 & KS4.Due to the huge demand in staff, we are able to offer long-term or short-term work, depending on what you are looking for.Your duties will include but not limited to; Managing a classroom and behaviour efficiently, supervising pupils with pre planned work, ensuring pupils stay on task and are engaged in the work provided.A successful Cover Supervisor will;
  • Have previous experience as a Cover Supervisor
  • Be confident in managing a classroom
  • Be inspired to help students learn in new and exciting ways
  • Able to cover various subjects when needed
  • Have excellent communications skills
