What We're Looking For:
  • Experience - 2 years of UK caregiving experience within the past 3 years
  • Experience - 6+ months in a Senior HCA role in the UK within the past 3 years
  • Eligibility - Right to work in the UK
  • Qualification - NVQ3 or SVQ3 qualification required
  • Registration - For roles in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland, you'll need SSSC, SCW or NISCC registration (not required in England)
  • Skills - Knowledge of care equipment and safe handling techniques
  • Qualities - Teamwork, flexibility, professionalism and a compassionate approach
