
Payroll Manager (FTC)

- Oversee and manage the payroll function, supervising a small team through the entire payroll process.
- Lead the monthly payroll cycle and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Provide training and development to the payroll team, enhancing their skills and performance.
- Prepare detailed payroll reports and conduct ad hoc analysis for senior management.
- Handle monthly billing processes efficiently.
- Offer support for ad hoc projects as needed.
- Availability to start immediately or on short notice (preferably in September).
- Strong, full-end-to-end payroll experience, ideally within a payroll bureau environment.
- CIPP qualifications (desired but not essential).
- Proven experience in payroll management, whether at a supervisory or managerial level.
